Brothers,

The Scottish Rite Speech and Language Charity board has developed a program to
provide assistance exclusively for the young family members of Oregon Scottish Rite
brothers in good standing. The children, who must reside in Oregon and require
speech communication assistance form a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
(SLP). The child’s family can apply for financial support by completing the boards
application for aid.

The form is available on the Scottish Rite Blog and/or from your Valley PR. The
application is self-explaining and must be completed in full for consideration.

The Oregon Scottish Rite Speech and Language Charity is a 501(c)(3) tax deductible
origination funded entirely by your donations. It’s funds are used entirely within
Oregon. We are also proud that less than 3% of our funds are used for non-charitable
work, including accounting, equipment rent, and insurance.

We hope you will consider us when doing your estate planning.

In brotherhood,
Bill Anton 33°
President
