The Oregon Scottish Rite Education Foundation is offering scholarships, and the application period is officially OPEN! If you’re an Oregon resident planning to start your journey at a college, university, or trade school, this is your chance!

🌟 About the Scholarships: Each year, the Education Foundation generously awards scholarships based on need and leadership qualities. Here’s what’s up for grabs this year:

• General Scholarships: $2,000 to $3,000, based on merit, financial need, and geographic distribution across the state. Plus, applicants are automatically considered for our special scholarships!
• Trade School Scholarships: Also $2,000 to $3,000 for those entering trade schools.
• Special Scholarships:
  • Stan and Jayne Schmidt Scholarship: $10,000 for drama or English majors.
  • Walt and Shirlee Peters Scholarship: $10,000 for students in the sciences.
  • Leigh Robert Bock Scholarship: A fantastic $30,000 scholarship for a 4-year degree! (That’s $15,000 per year for 2 years, for full-time students attending an accredited 4-year college or university. To qualify, you must maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 and submit a current transcript along with a letter of recommendation for your second year.)
